Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India. International shipping (including to Ghana via our partner site deshavrighana.com) is being expanded — please check the relevant regional site or contact us for status.

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Delhivery. You will receive a tracking number and live tracking link via email and on your My Account page once your shipment is dispatched.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4 PM IST or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro cities — 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 cities & towns — 4 to 6 business days.
• Remote / hilly / north-east areas — 6 to 10 business days.

These are estimates; actual times may vary due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier load.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination pincode. [TBD: confirm free-shipping threshold — e.g. orders above ₹999]

Once your order is dispatched you will receive:

• An email with your tracking number and link.
• Live status updates inside My Account → Orders.
• A direct link to Track Order from our footer.

Every order is packed in tamper-evident, eco-conscious packaging designed to protect the product during transit. If you receive a parcel with the tamper seal broken, do not accept it and notify our customer support immediately.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact info@deshavri.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with Delhivery and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a reshipment is required due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
