Refund & Returns Policy

Our Approach

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Deshavri Ayurveda. If something is not right, please contact us within the timelines below and we will work to resolve it.

Return Window

You may request a return within [TBD: 7 / 10 / 14] days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Order received is incomplete.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons the following items cannot be returned once delivered, unless damaged or defective:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products without intact tamper seal.
  • Custom-made or personalised consultation kits.
  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@deshavri.com within the return window with your order ID, the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or share return shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will issue a refund.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from receipt of the returned item. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank credit timelines vary by issuer (typically 3–10 additional business days).

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order ID. Once dispatched, please follow the returns process above.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 48 hours of expected delivery and we will work with our courier partner (Delhivery) to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
